Road closures and potential delays during Giro del Capo
(Cape Town, 1 March 2010) For the safety of the competitors and the general public, traffic will be controlled in the vicinity of the race during the running of the four stages of this prestigious cycle race. Details are as follows:
Tuesday 9 March: Wellington
Road closure - Bainskloof Pass
Time: 10h40 - 12h00
Road closure - Nuwekloof Pass
Time: 10h00 - 11h00
Partial road closure - Church Street (between Main Road and Malan Street)
Time: 05h00 to 09h30 and 11h15 to 13h00
Wednesday 10 March: Durbanville
Partial road closure - Vissershok Road
Time: 05h00 - 13h30
Expect delays - Koeberg Road and Vissershoek Road (between the N7 and St John's Road)

Thursday 11 March: Paarl
Road closure - Du Toitskloof Pass in both directions

Important: Cars not removed from Signall Hill by 04h00 on Friday, 12 March will be towed away.
