DigiCore, a wholly owned South African initiative, will be providing a state-of-the-art medical emergency vehicle monitoring system whereby the VOC will be able to track the progress of vehicles on the Cycle Tour Route, establishing exactly where they are through the use of a computerized grid positioning system.
